General Policy
Because of the nature of our services — including prepaid cards, gift vouchers, tax filings, software development, and bill payments — all payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

Exceptions
Refunds may be considered if:

• You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
•  For internal reasons, we could not deliver the paid service.

Note:

• Prepaid cards and gift vouchers cannot be refunded or cancelled once issued, as they are treated as financial instruments.
